Dear Prospective Volunteers,

The United States Air Force has selected the NH Air National Guard to be the first ever National Guard host of an Air Force Week Celebration (the Air Force is 60).  The Wings of Hope Air Show is to be held August 18-19, 2007.  The air show is a collaboration with the NH Wings of Hope Foundation, and will benefit NH charities that serve families affected by brain injury.  The air show will kick off the New England area Air Force week.

The two day air show at Pease is expected to be the largest family oriented event in the state during the entire year, with 125K to 150K attendees expected.  The air show will raise awareness about brain injury and will highlight support for our service men and women with a strong patriotic theme of security and safety throughout.

The purpose of this letter is to solicit volunteers from your organization to partner with us to make this major event a success.

The Wings of Hope Air Show will be high-energy, patriotic and inspirational.  Its charitable purpose is compelling.  Both the NH Wings of Hope Foundation and the New Hampshire National Guard thank you for considering our invitation to partner with us on this event.  We look forward to hearing from you.

For additional information or to volunteer your services, contact:  Judy Ryan at (603)-570-2026 or email at admin@krempelsfoundation.org.

Sincerely,

Steven Wade
Air Show Director
